About Us
Our home is a comfortable, modern, and tranquil escape for couples, families & friends to gather & enjoy all that Wintergreen & Nelson County have to offer. With expansive outdoor space, 2 living spaces, and 4 bedrooms, we offer comfort for up 8 guests.
The home offers a zero stair entry, with 2 living spaces, 4 private bedrooms. Bedrooms include 2 king bedroom ensuites, 1 queen and twin bunks, for sleeping up to 8 guests.
Guests must be 25 and older to book.
We love animals, but do not allow dogs/pets.

Wonderful place! We have been staying at Wintergreen for years and I always struggle to find a place to rent with no stairs leading to the entrance for my mother in law who has problems with stairs. This place was great as it is zero entry and also has bedrooms on every level. We stayed with two young kids who absolutely loved the toys in the bunk bed room. Location is very close to some easy hikes and the Chestnut Springs pool and pavilion.

This was the perfect place to escape the city for the Fourth of July. Great outdoor space, slept the whole family comfortably, two decks, good kitchen, open layout so we could easily watch the kids, and a relaxing rec room in the basement for movie night. The house was very clean, and things were easy to find and use. There are at least two trailheads within a short walk down the road (we hiked both days and never had to drive to a trail!), and a gorgeous valley observation deck right on the quiet circle where the house. And we were able to eat all our dinners outside in July without sweating and without a mosquito in site, which is unheard of in DC. A wonderful place, highly recommended!
